Abstract
Introduction
The United States currently ranks 55th in maternal mortality, with hypertensive disorders as a leading cause of death (WHO, 2023; NIH, 2021). Miscommunications, missed diagnoses, and delays in care highlight the need for improved critical thinking and clinical reasoning among healthcare providers. Hollywood dramatization of an unfolding case study is a unique approach to help students evaluate the impact of interventions in real time.
